In your opinion, will world cup be good for Brazil in relation to economic and social aspects ?

In my opinion, the World cup will be good to some sectors, as tourists and market, but will be bad to education and health.
To the tourism it will bring many people of others countries to Brazil. They will come to see the cup and also will visit many other tourism point.
Howover, the money used at the buildings, could be invested on education and health, that are precarious sectors in Brazil.
This cup is distracting the attention of he population from the principals problems faced by nation.
